As the Team Lead, you will oversee the efficient use of Slack across the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.

This is a pro-bono volunteer position.   JerseySTEM provides free after school STEM classes to underserved middle school girls grade 5-8. The Community Engagement Team Lead provides leadership, direction and planning to identify, reach out to and engage with Middle Schools of interest  that could benefit from our afterschool STEM programs. Will build and lead a team of Area Managers  responsible for designated regions. The role is responsible for maintaining our current collaboration tool, Slack. Background check: As part of the onboarding process for JerseySTEM, volunteers complete a background check through Sterling Volunteers. This costs $11.50 paid directly to the Sterling Volunteers website.

JerseySTEM provides free after school STEM classes to underserved middle school girls grade 5-8.   We are seeking a dedicated Flexible Tech Support Volunteer to play a pivotal role in helping new volunteers acclimate to our digital ecosystem. In this volunteer position, you will provide initial orientation sessions to new team members, introducing them to the tools we use at JerseySTEM, including Google Workplace, Slack Pro, MySQL, and Jira.
